The BBQ Plancha Grill Maestro 70cm Corten steel with wooden surround (Mesa) features a 70cm diameter griddle that is 8 mm thick; with the wooden surround (Mesa), it measures 110 cm in diameter and can easily cater for a party of 20 thanks to its generous cooking surface.

The 8 mm thick Cooking Plate with a 16 mm rim is tapered. It slopes inwards so that any moisture and fat drain into the tray.

It attaches to the top of the Cooking Plate using a clever clamping system; you can quickly secure and release it using four wing nuts. It is also easy to remove afterwards.
