Standard Delivery Time
Delivery times at BBQ Plancha UK are typically between 1–3 working days for UK Mainland orders once dispatched with DPD.
For remote areas, Highlands and Islands, delivery may take slightly longer.
Extended Delivery Times
For products where delivery times differ from the above, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of parcels and the weight of the products.
Most of our Plancha Grills are shipped in 3–4 separate boxes, with some components classified as overweight due to their size and premium steel construction.
To keep pricing fair and transparent, we use the following shipping categories:
Shipping Light
Orders up to £299.99
Delivery: £9.95
Shipping Medium
Orders between £300 – £398.99
Delivery: £29.50
Shipping Heavy
Orders over £399
Delivery: £49.50
Please note: Certain larger models, including the Maestro 100, may require pallet delivery depending on the order configuration and delivery postcode.
