Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of parcels and the weight of the products.
Most of our Plancha Grills are shipped in 3–4 separate boxes, with some components incurring additional courier charges due to their weight and size.
As our Plancha range has evolved and increased in size and quality, we have introduced the following shipping categories:
Shipping Light
Orders up to £299.99
Delivery: £9.95
(Usually accessories or the Amigo model)
Shipping Medium
Orders between £300 – £398.99
Delivery: £29.50
(Usually an Amigo with accessories or multiple accessories)
Shipping Heavy
Orders over £399
Delivery: £49.50
(Usually a full Plancha Grill shipped in multiple boxes with or without accessories)
Please note: Certain larger models, including the Maestro 100, may require pallet delivery depending on the delivery postcode and order configuration.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders from the UK website to countries or regions outside the United Kingdom.
